The office is composed of:

16 staff of Japanese, British, Canadian, and Malaysian nationality, speaking fluent English, Japanese, and Chinese. Highly qualified staff comprising of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Oil and Gas, Transportation, Communications and Environmental Engineers.
