Our understanding of the public arena complements our private sector knowledge to provide a service which adds an extra dimension to the norm. We provide services to both central and local government, from high level strategy and policy support to delivery of individual projects, utilising a full spectrum of procurement routes.

By the scale of the sub-sector, we have been called upon to provide many diverse services ranging from traditional cost and project management to seconding staff into Government Departments. As an example, through our expertise on airports, we have recently carried out work for the Competition Commission and the Civil Aviation Authority. We have also carried out project reviews, as part of a Gateway peer review and acting for a stakeholder in reviewing a projected project over-run.

In the Local Authority arena, we have provided ‘traditional’ services as well as bespoke or specialist services. We have also been involved in the outsourcing of technical services and the management of multiple facilities, along with assisting Local Authorities in setting up Asset Management regimes to create a transparent management of the complete portfolio of properties.
