Currie & Brown has received two awards at the RICS Southeast Asia Awards 2025 for its work on the Grand Hyatt Singapore redevelopment.

Redefining Orchard Road hospitality

Turning a 1970s hotel into a modern, sustainable resort is no small task. Doing it while keeping the hotel open to guests is even harder.

Our Singapore team delivered the Terrace and Grand Wings on time and within budget. They managed the complexities of a live site without delay or disruption.

The project achieved BCA Green Mark Platinum certification. It introduced renewable energy systems and circular economy practices, setting a new benchmark for hospitality in Asia.

Project Director Khairul Karim was named Construction Professional of the Year for leading the Grand Hyatt redevelopment.
