Currie & Brown Holdings board provides leadership to the group and is responsible for, among other things, corporate governance, setting financial targets and providing direction to subsidiary company boards. The Holdings board also approves the business strategy and all mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

The operational executive, which meets six times a year and is chaired by the group chief executive officer, ensures the successful implementation of approved projects/initiatives and reviews the operations of the group. It is also responsible for ensuring that the group’s business values and standards are adhered to.
