Graduate programme in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The company’s graduate programme for Saudi nationals is at the heart of our Saudi business strategy, and our aim is to attract, employ, develop and retain the best quality Saudi employees in the market.

In line with our vision, we have designed a graduate training programme that offers Saudi graduates structured career development. As members of our project management and cost management departments, they will have the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious, high-profile projects in Saudi Arabia, spending time in the office or out on the client’s site. The programme incorporates structured career and professional development in the graduate’s specialised discipline.

This programme is designed specifically for Saudi national graduates who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction, or cost management-related fields. All graduates must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers to be considered for the graduate programme.

For qualifying graduates, there will be the opportunity to join the Currie & Brown APC programme.
