Currie & Brown provides professional services to MoJ

Currie & Brown has been appointed by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) as professional service provider for cost management and CDM-C services for new-build projects, alterations, refurbishment and maintenance projects ranging from £500,000 to £10 million.

The appointment is for the southern region which covers Kent, Sussex, Surrey, South Central, South West and Wales.

Over the period of the framework, Currie & Brown will be working with the MoJ to minimise the cost of their construction projects, including prisons, courts, and tribunal and probation facilities.

It is anticipated that other government departments will follow suit and procure multi-disciplinary services through this new framework.

Commenting on the award of this commission, Garry Sanderson, Currie & Brown’s UK chief operating officer, said: "Currie & Brown is looking forward to working with the MoJ to ensure that the ministry achieves value for money on all its construction projects in the southern region."
