03 November 2015
Currie & Brown’s New Delhi office has been awarded a commission by Vatika Group for the provision of cost management services for their prestigious Seven Elements project, set to become one of the most sought-after residential developments in the National Capital Region.
The concept is based on the seven elements of wellness, namely spiritual, environmental, emotional, physical, professional, social and intellectual.
The 14-acre residential project in Sector 89A, Gurgaon, is a mix of mid-rise and high-rise towers. The mid-rise blocks enjoy unhindered views of 1.5 acres of green expanse, and the high-rise towers are surrounded by open green spaces. The project is located at the intersection of Dwarka Expressway, Pataudi Road and NH8 and is well connected to Gurgaon and Delhi.
Seven Elements has been awarded a ‘Gold Rating’ by SEAC (State Environment Assessment Committee) Haryana.
The development offers apartments with two, three and four bedrooms. All the apartments are well designed with the emphasis on natural light and ventilation. The apartments enjoy high-quality specifications, which include wooden flooring, modular kitchen, glass partitions in all bathrooms, dressing areas with master bedrooms, VRF air-conditioning and a floor-to-floor height of 3.2 metres.
Seven Elements boasts its own clubhouse, with a lounge, multi-purpose hall, children’s area, pantry and spillover spaces for hosting social events. The health club has a swimming pool, gym, children’s pool and other facilities, as well as an outdoor sports zone.
Mr SM Shetty, Currie & Brown’s chief operating officer in India, said: "This is the latest in a series of projects that Vatika Group has awarded to Currie & Brown and it reflects the trust that the client has in our organisation to deliver the project to their high specifications."
