Miral engages Currie & Brown on Yas Bay development

Currie & Brown has been appointed as cost manager to support the construction of the Yas Bay development located to the south of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The scheme comprises two hotels, a multi-purpose arena and a recreational pier with a unique mix of food and beverage and retail outlets along with an active waterfront.

As part of the plan announced by developer Miral, the 641-key Hilton resort will launch a multipurpose conference centre, seven dining outlets and an innovative urban beach concept in 2019.

The resort will also be located close to Yas Arena, an 18,000-capacity indoor venue that can be used year-round for a variety of sport and entertainment events.

The construction of Yas Bay will complement the country’s existing tourism offerings and strengthen the leading position that the UAE has achieved on the global economic and tourism map."
