Middlesex University reappoints Currie & Brown as sole provider to quantity surveying framework

Currie & Brown has been reappointed by Middlesex University as sole provider on their quantity surveying framework to assist with the consolidation and development of the Hendon campus in London.

The university has been intensively engaged in estate consolidation within North London, where the fundamental aim is to develop an estate that follows the ‘fewer but better’ ideology. Currie & Brown will be assisting Middlesex University to continue its journey of creating a vibrant, sustainable, market-leading university campus at Hendon.

David Keith, senior director at Currie & Brown said: “We are delighted to continue our relationship with the university, which dates back to 2006. We are looking forward to working with the estates and facilities team on the delivery of the university’s new strategy, Transforming Potential into Success.”

In focusing its investment on a consolidated campus, the university has greatly improved its facilities, which in turn has enhanced its position in the ever increasingly competitive higher education market.

Projects under the framework will range from basic construction activities to the conversion and/or development of highly specialist facilities.
