RAK Properties appoints Currie & Brown as project manager of Anantara Hotel, Ras Al Khaimah

Currie & Brown is delighted to be appointed by RAK Properties to provide project management services for the new Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, currently under construction in Mina Al Arab.
RAK Properties chief executive officer, Mr Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, said: “The eco-themed resort is being developed as part of the masterplanned Mina Al Arab development and is devoted to preserving and showcasing the beauty of nature in ecological preserves. The ecological district at Mina Al Arab is home to a variety of marine life and the project will enhance the connectivity to natural coastal wetlands, dunes and nature-based tourism which will bring important flow-on social and economic benefits.
The five-star resort of 343 keys including rooms, villas, suites, and overwater villas, is situated on a 20-hectare site located on the edge of an eco-reserve, with views of the open sea and tidal wetlands. It will include Maldivian style over-water villas, seafront restaurants, three pools (main family pool, kids pool, and an adult pool), a pristine beachfront, sea-view villas, a waterfront signature spa, and lush landscaping. The resort is designed in a unique architecture style aimed at creating a luxury leisure destination in the UAE.
