13 May 2019
Work has now been completed on the new clinical facility at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in London. Currie & Brown provided cost management services on the project, which was procured using the PAGABO framework, for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.
The clinical facility, a 2,700m2 facility comprising two new wards providing an additional 47 short-stay beds and an expanded surgical assessment unit, is a new-build extension to the hospital.
The scheme is part of the wider upgrade and improvement of the site-wide infrastructure at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Richard Butcher, associate at Currie & Brown, said: “Currie & Brown has a successful track record working with Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, and we are delighted to have supported the trust to reach this milestone.”
