Currie & Brown launches graduate scheme in Saudi Arabia
26 April 2021
Currie & Brown has launched a bespoke graduate scheme for Saudi nationals.
Currie & Brown is fully committed to employing skilled, qualified Saudi nationals in roles that offer career progression and equip individuals with the necessary skills to be able to contribute to the future economic growth of the Kingdom. The Saudisation programme is at the heart of Currie & Brown’s Saudi business strategy, and the company is fully committed to attracting, employing, developing and retaining the best quality Saudi employees in the market.
Following the Ministry of Labour’s introduction of new directives in February 2021, Currie & Brown will maintain a minimum percentage of 20% Saudi nationals against the number of expat engineers in the business.
In line with Currie & Brown’s vision, a programme has been designed that offers Saudi graduates structured career development. As members of the company’s project management and cost management departments, they will have the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious, high-profile projects in Saudi Arabia.
This programme is designed specifically for Saudi nationals who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction or cost management-related fields. All graduates must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers to be considered for the graduate programme.
