Claire Teo Quantity Surveying Director of Singapore office

Currie & Brown is pleased to announce the appointment of Claire Teo as director of quantity surveying for our business in Singapore, effective 7 November.

Claire joins Currie & Brown after 18 years with an international consultancy in Singapore where she was a senior director, responsible for the cost and commercial management unit. Claire’s experience covers all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying for public and private sector projects including infrastructure, commercial, healthcare, hi-tech, hospitality, mixed-use, residential and retail projects. Under her leadership on the 280 metre high-rise iconic CapitaSpring project, Clare’s team received the RICS 2021 Southeast Asia - Quantity Surveying Team of the Year Award. A number of her projects also attained sustainability awards including the Capitagreen office development and CapitaSpring and Reflections by the Bay at Keppel.

Claire will now lead the well-established Currie & Brown QS team in Singapore working for clients such as LOGOS, Micron and Microsoft, with a brief to grow the cost management service in Singapore and the wider region.
