Currie & Brown acquires German project and construction management specialist ALBA Bau Projekt Management GmbH

Currie & Brown has acquired ALBA Bau Projekt Management GmbH, one of Germany’s leading project and construction management providers. ALBA is headquartered in Munich, with offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Rhein-Main and the Stuttgart region, specialising in the planning, construction, financing and operation of real estate.

The team of more than 75 professionals adds significantly to Currie & Brown’s existing footprint in mainland Europe and will provide market-leading sector expertise in critical areas of project and cost management.

ALBA has been helping clients deliver successful construction projects in Germany since 1979 and has an extensive portfolio ranging from investors, developers and financial services to the public sector.

Project management is one of Currie & Brown’s core services. Its project management teams work on a diverse range of projects, delivering major capital projects and programmes which are both technically and time challenged, as well as having complex stakeholder co-ordination requirements.
