Through her active participation at leading healthcare conferences, such as European Healthcare Design, IHEEM and Design for Mental Health, she has established herself as a thought leader in the sector, regionally and globally.

Speaking about her win, Rachelle said: ‘I feel very humbled and proud. This award is not just a personal achievement, but a recognition of women making a difference in these fields. It’s so important for inspiring future generations and driving our female focused campaign to inspire inclusion and empower women in the workplace’.
