ABC Tower Berlin

At the Alexanderplatz, and at 150m, the tallest residential tower in Berlin is being built.

In Berlin's historic centre, immediately on the Alexanderplatz, and on a plot of 1,876m² in size, the 35-storey Alexander Berlin‘s Capital Tower includes four basement floors and 376 apartments.

The five-storey podium offers space for retail, restaurants, children's play areas, office use, spa/fitness and a swimming pool. Technical areas and tenants' cellar rooms are planned in the four basement floors. The fourth basement floor will include 77 car parking spaces and 614 bicycle stands, as well as access to the underground car park of the adjacent Alexa shopping centre.

The building’s high-quality façade design will be in keeping with that of the protected buildings of the Alexanderplatz but will leave its own mark.

Currie & Brown is providing project management services in service levels 4 and 5 of the execution and project completion phases, taking a leading role in maintaining adherence to cost and schedule targets.

We are also contributing significantly to the organisation and co-ordination of the project, with professional change management and active cost and schedule control.

Construction of this landmark project started in 2019, with completion planned for 2025.
