Bourne Business Park

Bourne Business Park in Weybridge, Surrey contains six standalone office buildings set in a landscaped environment with a café, gym, running track, showers and parking for both cars and bicycles.

As part of Phase 3 of the park masterplan, two new office buildings provide 40,000ft² and 53,000ft² of office space respectively. The buildings were designed to provide a connection with the adjacent greenbelt parkland, while also offering strong sustainability and wellness credentials. Internally they were constructed to allow for maximum sub-divisibility and flexibility for differing future configurations.

The buildings achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and won the British Council for Offices (BCO) Award 2018 – Commercial workplace South of England and South Wales.

Currie & Brown provided cost management and principal designer services on this project.

We have had continual involvement over the 20-year development of the business park, which has been delivered in three phases.
