Changchun Jucheng Huayi Plaza

Located in Changchun, Jilin province, this mixed-use project consists of three high-rise buildings including a 156-metre-high 33-storey tower and two 129-metre 31-storey towers.

The total construction area of the development is around 320,000m2, comprising commercial areas, serviced apartments, offices, retail space and parking. The construction period is expected to be around 36 months.

Our role
