The project comprises the phased construction and fit-out of five 40MW data centre buildings on a 34-acre site in Frankfurt.
Each building has twelve data halls over four storeys, with a floor area of circa 30,000m² for each phase.
Power to the buildings is provided by the construction of new incoming 40MVA 110kV substations and connections supplied by the local distribution network operator.
Our role
We have collaborated with local architects and the design team in Germany to work through the initial design phases and will continue to provide project and cost management services until all phases are completed in 2027.
