Ecopolis IT park

Hinduja Realty Ventures Limited’s first commercial project in Bangalore, a joint venture with Gulf Oil, comprises the development of a mixed-use IT park.

The project is spread over 40 acres of land with a development potential of eight million ft2 and includes IT/ITeS SEZ (special economic zone) office space, a five-star hotel, a retail mall and service apartments. The first phase of around 800,000ft2 includes a ten-storey building with three basements, a large and flexible floor plate of around 70,000ft2 and a separate multi-level car parking space.

Our role

Currie & Brown is providing engineering services cost management (MEP cost services), project cost management and strategic cost planning and estimating services.

Our role has been instrumental in controlling costs and maintaining price predictability throughout the process. We delivered a cashflow forecast in conjunction with the project manager and provided input on contractual risks and mitigation measures.
