Global life sciences company

Currie & Brown has provided project controls and associated support services to this US-headquartered, top-ten global life sciences company for more than ten years.

We have supported the delivery of much of its capital projects portfolio and have worked on many sites in the UK and Europe, for both its human and animal health business streams.

The work programme managed comprises around 50 live projects at any one time and incorporates all building types including complex manufacturing facilities, laboratories, office facilities and infrastructure projects.

Our role

Most of our work with this client has been delivered by a team of project controls leads and support staff, co-located with the client’s project management and engineering teams across the UK and Europe.

Our services include cost and schedule management, change management, risk management and document control.
