Joy Plaza is the first outdoor shopping park in Penglai, Shandong and comprises a shopping centre with dining, entertainment and leisure facilities.

Phase 2 and 3 is a 156,400m2 mixed-use development with serviced apartments and shops.

Our role

Currie & Brown was appointed to provide cost management and quantity surveying services for the project.
