L’hotel élan in Kowloon Bay is the fourth hotel in Hong Kong operated under the L’hotel brand, developed by Chinachem Group.

The 22-storey hotel tower has a stylish design with two duplex suites on the top floor. Hotel facilities also include 252 guestrooms, several food and beverage outlets, function rooms and a swimming pool.

Our role

Currie & Brown was appointed as cost management consultants to plan and monitor fit-out costs for the hotel, from inception to completion. The total fit-out area is 8,600m2.
