Mapletree Minhang mixed-use development

The Mapletree Minhang development project is the first large-scale commercial and retail development of its kind to be built in Minhang District in Shanghai.

The mixed-use development is an internationally designed and integrated regional business hub comprising Grade-A offices and retail with entertainment components. The project comprises three phases, with a total construction floor area of 316,000m2.

Our role

Currie & Brown is providing cost management and quantity surveying services for the project.
