Our years of experience in working with the client gave us a depth of knowledge of their internal procedures, processes and governance, from design guides and codes to complex procurement and probity requirements. This familiarity allowed us to operate with more speed and accuracy as we navigated stakeholder management, schedule development and the actual technical work involved.
Our experience of delivering projects in the Sultanate of Oman, and understanding the local market, allowed us to navigate a complex procurement gateway process that involved bespoke contracts and staged approval by the Ministry of Oil and Gas as well as following BP’s internal Capital Value Process.
