New Mashreq Bank headquarters

The project comprises the new construction of the Mashreq Bank headquarters Tower in Burj Khalifa District, Dubai.

The development includes four basements, a ground floor, four above-grade parking/podium levels, as well as a meeting room, auditorium and cafe/terrace levels. There are 15 floors of shell and core office space and eight floors of office space. The architect is internationally acclaimed Chicago-based Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

Our role

We were appointed to provide pre- and post-contract cost management services for the project.

Currie & Brown assisted Mashreq Bank in successfully value engineering the project to reduce the cost, while largely maintaining the design intent. We were subsequently involved in successful negotiation of site enabling works, and main contractor appointment. We are currently involved in cost management of the bespoke Mashreq Bank fit-outs being designed by Perkins + Will.
