Marubeni North Sea Limited has interests in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS) and is currently engaged as a non-operating joint venture partner in a significant development project in the central North Sea: the MonArb Area Redevelopment (MAR) project.

Our role

Currie & Brown was selected to provide cost consultancy services.

We are providing independent advice on all aspects of cost management relating to the project including monitoring committed spend against approved expenditure, value of work done, contingency, management of change, cost optimisation and estimated final cost against planned forecasting, allowing the client to make informed financial decisions together with the operator to successfully deliver the project.
