Regional headquarters office fit-out
The project involves the fit-out of an existing office space in a major air transportation hub.
The demolition and renovation works were carried out in three phases within a live office environment. The new 40,000ft² office space will accommodate 330 staff. The works included new open-plan offices and closed offices, conference rooms, cellular meeting rooms, breakout spaces, function room, pantries and a new external fire escape staircase.
Currie & Brown was appointed to provide project management and quantity surveying services for the project.
During the course of the project, we worked closely alongside the client. Our close involvement significantly helped the client overcome the challenges of carrying out works in an operational environment, and greatly facilitated the aligning of various project stakeholders and participants to achieve the project objectives.
