Renovation of historic former glass factories in Venice

In Spring 2022, our team in Italy began work on an exciting new project in one of the most unique and prestigious places in Italy: the island of Murano, Venice.

The project involves the renovation of two historic former glass factories, which will become a luxury hotel and residences, immersed in the stunning lagoon of Venice.

We have been appointed to coordinate the project, cost and construction management. Our client is a European Family office that is investing in luxury hospitality in Italy. 

We’re eager to work with our client, Riva Murano, to bring this ambitious and exclusive project to life. With an office in nearby Treviso, we bring in-depth knowledge of the local area and we can make sure the right experts are on site to guide the development.

The work involves rebuilding the existing structures and defining both the hotel and the residences. 

The project started in July 2022 and will be completed by the end of 2026.
