Shopping centre Westfield London, Phase 2

Currie & Brown was appointed to provide employer’s agent and quantity surveying services on the 740,000ft^² retail extension project, known as Westfield London Phase 2.

The development, which is anchored by a new 230,000ft² John Lewis store, forms part of Westfield’s exciting £1 billion regeneration of White City.

The extension includes approximately 100 shops, restaurants and cafés. The development has greatly enhanced the local area by the creation of attractive and better-connected spaces both inside and outside the centre that benefit retailers, shoppers and the community.
