Songshan Lake South Terminal R&D centre

Currie & Brown was appointed by Huawei Technologies to provide full quantity surveying services on this project.

The new-build headquarters will have an R&D and high-end training centre to the south of Songshan Lake, Guangdong.

Surrounded by mountains and built in European-style architecture, the Huawei site covers an area of 670,000m2 and will focus on the research and development, sales and value-added services of various devices.

Our value engineering on the façade of the buildings, including advice on various options, has saved a significant cost.
