Taikang Changping Life Science Park

Located at Beijing’s Zhongguancun Life Science Park in Changping Park, the project consists of training centres, research centres and offices.

With a gross floor area of 82,450m2, it comprises above-the-ground area of 52,450m2 and below-the-ground area of 30,000m2.

Our role

Currie & Brown successfully identified sub-contractors to construct the multipurpose building.
