University Hospital Southampton redevelopment
Currie & Brown was appointed by Interserve Prime on the redevelopment of the main entrance and retail area at University Hospital Southampton.
The redevelopment has been undertaken through the hospital’s Commercial Estates Development Partnership – a joint venture between University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and Interserve Prime. The public-private deal was established to deliver solutions that improve the patient, visitor and staff experience and has delivered a new welcome centre at the hospital and a varied range of retail, food and beverage outlets.
