Zuma Restaurant

The Zuma restaurant covers an area of about 1,000 square metres, including indoor and outdoor areas, and benefits from the view of the old harbour. It offers 150 covers for pre-dinner and after dinner.

Zuma is a restaurant founded by chef Rainer Becker, inspired by informal Japanese izakaya-style cuisine, where dishes are brought to the table continuously during the meal.
As consultants, we have followed the project from the very first phase, supporting the Client during the design, cost and construction phases, through to completion in July 2022.
Finally, we drew up a manual for the proper maintenance of the asset even during the winter period when the restaurant is closed.

Added value

Our local project managers are the most important added value. Their knowledge of the island, the raw materials and the supplier network were essential to the successful completion of this prestigious project, the 20th restaurant of the luxury London brand.
In addition, the proximity to the site of our office in Sardinia was a definite advantage for the permanent presence on site and for the management of risks and possible problems during the project.
