• Project & Programme management including PMO services. In London, we have been advising Barts Health NHS Trust since 2018 on their plans to redevelop Whipps Cross Hospital. Our specialist team designed and established the Programme Management Office and has been embedded in the Whipps Cross development team, acting across all aspects of the programme.
• Project controls. On the River Thames Scheme we are supporting the UK’s Environment Agency on their largest ever flood alleviation project, combining best in class project controls services with leading digital tools to provide confidence and certainty in both project and programme delivery.
• Schedule management. We have provided strategic advice and planning services for subsequent stages of one of the US’s largest energy providers, successfully adding an additional 1,200 miles of transmission across the intermountain west by the early 2030.
• BIM, and document management. Our digital expertise has played a key role in the Monklands Replacement Project for NHS Lanarkshire, where our BIM and Information Management specialists provided strategic guidance, including development of the programme’s digital twin strategy.
