27 enero 2022
Currie & Brown has appointed Ross Reid as director of project management, Northern Ireland (NI). Based in Belfast, Ross will take the lead in the growth and development of the project management offering across the region.
Ross joins Currie & Brown from Amey, where he was an account manager focusing on project and lifecycle management in Northern Ireland. A RIBA-chartered architect, Ross has a wealth of experience from private architectural practice through to the acting head of building control for a NI council. Ross is currently a sitting member of the Northern Ireland Building Regulations Advisory Committee and plays an active role in local charities and clubs.
Ross brings valuable knowledge of the local market as well as a track record of project delivery, including managing teams across a diverse range of sectors and assets. Ross is an NEC3 and NEC4-accredited project manager; his professional development includes ongoing courses in law and contract management (Institute of Civil Engineers) and adjudication in the construction industry (RICS).
This strategic appointment, in conjunction with Currie & Brown’s reappointment to the Crown Commercial Service Framework, endorses the company’s commitment to project management services delivery and development across NI, UK and ROI.
John Murray, director in Currie & Brown’s Belfast office, said: “We are pleased to welcome Ross to the team. His appointment brings a wealth of relevant experience and knowledge in project management, which will enhance the Currie & Brown offering from our Belfast office to both new and existing clients.”
