Rachel Personius

I joined Currie & Brown in 2018 as a Senior Analyst. Since then, I’ve been promoted three times. I now lead our Construction Business Intelligence (CBI) and US Sustainability services.

I’ve always been based in Minneapolis, working across four different offices as our presence has grown. What started as a data-focused role has expanded to include sustainability. We’re helping clients make better, more sustainable decisions by using our CBI insights.

A highlight for me has been building and growing the CBI team. Bringing in new graduates and watching them progress has been one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

I’m also proud to be a Director. And proud to be a female leader in a technical role.
