A landmark reborn on the waterfront
Hotel Danieli is one of Venice’s most celebrated landmarks. Sitting proudly on the Riva degli Schiavoni, just steps from St Mark’s Square, it has long been recognised as a symbol of prestige and elegance. Currie & Brown supported its latest transformation, helping our clients manage complexity with confidence.

A project steeped in history
The hotel brings together three remarkable buildings. The 14th-century Palazzo Dandolo with its neo-Gothic atrium and Moorish details. Casa Nova, dating back to the 1800s, connected by an aerial bridge. And Danieli Excelsior, the more recent addition, crowned by a panoramic terrace with sweeping views of the lagoon. Inside, Murano glass chandeliers, antique furniture and artworks complete the picture.
Following refurbishment, Hotel Danieli will become part of the Four Seasons portfolio, with interiors designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR).
