A major new facility
The Hamdan Bin Rashid Cancer Hospital will be part of Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2. The 59,000-square-meter hospital is set to host 53 clinics, 21 clinical research areas, 60 infusion rooms, ten urgent care rooms, five radiotherapy rooms, and 116 inpatient beds. Designed with well-being in mind, the hospital will also feature 19 tranquil gardens for patients, their families, and the hospital community.
Designed around the patient
Under Dubai Health, the Hamdan Bin Rashid Cancer Hospital is setting a new standard. As part of Dubai's first integrated academic health system, it brings diagnosis, treatment and ongoing support together in one place, delivered by multidisciplinary teams who put patients first.
This is more than a hospital. It’s a place where research and clinical trials help to achieve better outcomes for patients. The goal is personalized, patient-centric, evidence-based care.
This is cancer care with a human touch.
We're helping make every dirham count
We are managing project costs with clarity and control. Our support includes:
- Benchmarking against similar hospitals in the region
- Design stage cost planning
- Procurement strategy, contractual advice, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation
- Tender analysis and reporting
- Supporting in-kind donations and different fundraising packages.
- Managing and reporting costs during the construction stage
We are also tracking area growth and providing early warnings at the design and construction stages. That gives the project team time to act.
