A facility built to perform
Each warehouse level has a 12-metre floor-to-floor height. The floors are strong, with slabs rated at 30kN/m² on Level 1 and 20kN/m² on the upper floors. The floors are flat, allowing smooth operations. The building also has two office zones, one at a mezzanine floor, open roof parking, and off-form concrete finishes on columns and ceilings, which create a clean and low-maintenance look. The canteen is delivered as a basic shell, ready for future interior fit-out. This facility is built to perform and is strong, practical, and future-ready.
Smart cost control
We provide full cost management across all areas of construction, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). Our services cover everything from initial cost estimates and tendering to awarding tenders, post-contract support, and final account settlements.
Sustainable and smart
Functionality is matched by a well-considered and professional design. Its exterior features glass and steel cladding in shades of grey and white. Angled steel panels act like large louvres. They look great and help cool the building naturally. This reduces the need for air conditioning.
As cost consultants, we carefully managed the budget to make sure these green design features were built efficiently. With smart use of materials and eco-friendly design, the project aims to earn the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award. This is Singapore’s highest green building certification.
Delivering real value
The ESR E-Commerce Hub redefines what a logistics facility can be. It's clean, efficient, and forward-thinking and is, built to meet the needs of a growing e-commerce sector. From smarter layouts to sustainable design, this development raises the bar for modern industrial buildings in Singapore.
