At the start, we worked closely with the design team to ensure the project met or exceeded the clients expectations. Our cost consultants compared energy-saving products and helped pick the best air-conditioning systems. We aimed to keep the power usage effectiveness (PUE) below 1.3.

We also developed a custom procurement plan. Our team worked quickly to finish the project in four months, all while keeping costs under control.

Even though client requirements were uncertain at first, we had to start work fast and meet a tight deadline. As the project’s needs became clearer, we adapted quickly.

We made sure to meet our target costs and deliver the project on time, staying within budget.

This expansion will help more businesses use remote data storage and services.
