Delivering certainty for a landmark hotel

We supported the creation of the Taj Santacruz, a five-star luxury hotel near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The property includes 279 rooms, multiple dining options, meeting facilities, a health club, spa and salon. The architecture blends Palatial and Art Deco design, two styles that define Mumbai. Inside, the atrium is anchored by a six-storey piece of Thikri art that shifts colour with the changing sky.

We provided consultancy across the full tender process, from early estimates to negotiations and award. Our proprietary database and market knowledge gave the client clear benchmarks to measure against contractor bids. This helped them make confident financial decisions at every step.

Certainty in delivery

Our advice kept bills of quantity accurate and variations minimal. This avoided unnecessary extra items, costs and delays. We also supported the client in setting standard operating procedures, ensuring smoother operations well beyond completion.
