In the UK, our people have worked with National Highways on a number of key strategic infrastructure schemes, including the A303 Stonehenge, A66 Trans-Pennine Upgrade, A428 Black Cat and A12 Chelmsford. These included areas of national importance which bring unique archaeological and environmental challenges. We helped shape commercial strategies which reduced risk, helped contractors get involved early and delivered value.

In Latvia, we’re helping shape the country’s infrastructure future. As lenders’ technical advisor on the country’s first PPP, the 17.5km Kekava bypass, we’ve guided the project from tender through design, construction and into operation. Despite COVID-19, conflict and harsh winters, our expert advice kept it on track. The work will accelerate trade, reduce journey times and improve quality of life for thousands.
