In the UK, we’re producing business cases for three of the eight New Hospital Programme (NHP) schemes in progress. This is a national government programme designed to standardise and share learning across the NHS in England.

In London, we produced the Business Case for Project Oriel. This is an integrated clinical, research and education facility for Moorfields Eye Hospital and the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology (IoO). It is a complex project, with estate changes and clinical transformation. We guided the NHS Trust and University through the HMT Green Book process, developed the options, and modelled the finances to help secure funding.

We’ve worked globally with a top-ten life-sciences company for more than 25 years. The programme had around 100 live projects at any one time, and we supported them at the early business case stage. These major capital projects involved work in the UK, Europe and internationally.
