We help clients get more from their buildings. Our facilities management (FM) consultancy supports both public and private sector organisations. We work across the full life of a building, from design to daily use.

Our experience

We’ve supported clients across many sectors. These include healthcare, education, transport, leisure, and government.

In the UK, we worked on the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. Our team managed the transition from build to operations for its £842 million estate. We brought both soft and hard services together into one safe, smooth handover.

In the UAE, we worked with an education client on both their existing facilities and a major new campus. We helped to set up an in-house FM team and the transition of the existing facilities. For the new campus we managed the procurement of the FM provider. Our team also prepared the tender package, ran the tender competition, and reviewed and recommended the preferred supplier.
