Universities purchasing consortium appoints Currie & Brown on framework

Currie & Brown has been appointed by North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NEUPC) on its construction professional services framework.

The framework will be used by Durham, Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland and Teesside universities. Currie & Brown will provide cost management, project management, building surveying, principal designer, contract administration, clerk of works and BREEAM advisor services on the framework.

Phil Watson, senior director at Currie & Brown, explained: “We are proud to be working with NEUPC on its new framework. This is a significant appointment for our northern business and adds to our existing strong track record in the higher education sector.
