Currie & Brown India receives recognition award from Phoenix Group

Phoenix Group has awarded Currie & Brown India a token of appreciation for their valuable contributions to various projects. Mr Raghuveer Reddy, Currie & Brown’s team leader, was awarded the Chairman's Excellence Award by Phoenix chairman, Mr Suresh Chukappali Garu.

The construction consultancy has a decade-long relationship with Phoenix Group, a leader in the infrastructure and construction sectors with business interests in residential, retail and commercial property, utilities and renewables, mining and the automotive industry. Currie & Brown has been providing a range of services to Phoenix across multiple projects in Hyderabad and Chennai since 2009.

The company was selected to provide quantity surveying and cost consultancy services for the Golf Edge project, which is a premium residential gated community with two towers that boast cutting-edge architecture and engineering. The tallest building in the vicinity, Golf Edge is a 29-storey, high-rise residential apartment complex with fully furnished apartments with excellent views of the golf course. The development boasts world-class amenities, including mini-theatres, helipad, leisure facilities and clubhouse.

Avance Business Hub is a three million square feet IT special economic zone in Hyderabad, with state-of-the-art infrastructure and world-class amenities. Avance is already home to leading blue-chip organisations ranging from global players to upcoming Indian counterparts. Currie & Brown has been providing quantity surveying services on the project.
