Two new directors hired for Currie & Brown’s UK residential and commercial sectors

Currie & Brown appoints two new directors within its UK business: Emma Woods as director of quantity surveying in Cardiff, and Nigel Hinks as commercial property director, based in Bristol.
Both Emma and Nigel join Currie & Brown from Faithful+Gould where they led successful teams in their respective fields.
With a career to date of more than 20 years in the construction industry, Emma brings extensive experience in operational delivery, leadership and business strategy gained working in the UK, Australia and the Middle East, delivering to clients across a range of industry sectors. Emma’s focus will be on innovation, added value and excellence in service delivery.
In addition to her focus on the Wales market, Emma will also lead the growth of Currie & Brown’s residential sector business across England and Wales, providing strategic support to regional office leads in servicing current clients, identifying new opportunities and developing innovative delivery solutions.
With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Nigel brings valuable expertise spanning areas including providing strategic development advice to clients and leading large-scale infrastructure and property developments, projects and frameworks throughout the country.
Nigel’s focus will be leading the growth of Currie & Brown’s commercial property sector client base across England and Wales, providing strategic support to the regional office leads in servicing current clients, responding to clients’ needs and developing and delivering innovative solutions and excellence in service delivery.
