Thomas De Carlo, US aviation sector lead

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Thomas (Tom) De Carlo, aviation sector lead for the US business, based in Chicago, IL.

Tom brings with him more than 10 years of experience in construction and is well-versed in project management, cost management, contracts management, and procurement. Tom is a Chicago native and has an established network covering O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) airports in addition to local government and financial institutions. He will be involved in expanding and securing aviation contracts while developing and managing relationships with aviation stakeholders including airlines, airport management, local government and related vendors.
