After a year of historic cost increases around the world, signs point to moderate escalation increases in 2023. Whilst regions across the world has its own set of challenges, similar messages are likely to be useful to manage varying conditions, maximise industry growth and ensure projects are delivered.
Comprehensive cost forecasts at an early, even pre-developmental stage, in combination with effective multi-sector project and supply chain management will be critical to delivering projects successfully despite increasing costs, labour shortages and ongoing uncertainty.
